Description
Produced from Pinot Noir grapes, it immediately captivates with its bright color, a cherry-pink with lobster hues. The perlage is fine and elegant, thanks to the meticulous work of long Charmat winemaking. The aroma is infinitely fruity and floral, with tones of jasmine accompanied by notes of citrus, nectarine, melon, and wild strawberries. A light hint of dog rose is perfectly balanced with white pepper. It finishes with a very slight note of bread crust. On the palate, it remains dry, savory, with a hint of sweet Mediterranean spices. Fresh and balanced, it leaves a pleasant lingering aftertaste.
