From Pinot Noir and Glera grape varieties, Vigne Matte creates this Rosé sparkling wine with a bright lobster color and a fine, rich, and persistent perlage. The aroma is intense, infinitely fruity and floral, with tones of jasmine and dog rose, accompanied by fruity notes of citrus, nectarine, and strawberry. Delicate spicy hints of white pepper. On the palate, it is dry, savory, and not at all alcoholic. The aftertaste features notes of sweet Mediterranean spices. Fresh and balanced, it leaves a pleasant retro-olfactory persistence.
