Produced from Glera and Verdiso grapes, our Brut presents a brilliant straw yellow color with a very fine, rich, and persistent perlage. On the nose, it is intense, refined, and complex, with typical varietal aromas of fruit, featuring notes of apple and pear, along with harmonious mineral and floral hints of white flowers such as wisteria and cornflower. The taste is dry, fairly smooth, and its pronounced minerality gives it body. The balance is completed by the right level of freshness. In perfect harmony, the Brut Cuvée enchants with its finesse, intensity, and the right amount of persistence.
